Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.
Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.
2. Refunds
No cash refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you change plans, Stripe may calculate prorations, credits, or immediate charges based on the timing of the change and the billing settings then in effect for your subscription.
Any resulting billing adjustment is reflected in the Stripe-hosted billing flow or on a subsequent invoice. SOAPless does not issue separate manual cash refunds for mid-cycle plan changes.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a full year at a discounted rate. No partial refunds are issued for annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period and you retain access to paid features for the remainder of the period already paid for.
4. Account Deletion
If you delete your account while an active subscription is in place, the subscription will be immediately canceled. Any unused time in the current billing period may result in a final Stripe proration or credit calculation depending on the subscription state. Because the account is being deleted, SOAPless does not separately process cash refunds beyond what Stripe or applicable law requires.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@soapless.miravy.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting SOAPless may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is under review.
